1-on-1 Mentorship for Flipping Properties
For people who want to learn the entire process.
5 1-hour meetings in person or digitally.
Breaking down, your Goals, Strengths and Weaknesses.
Developing a game plan to achieve your first opportunity.
followed by 12 weekly follow-up meetings to keep you on course and hold you accountable toward your goals.
Will include information for resources (Funding, Title Companies, Insurance Companies), tactics, sales training and project analysis.
*Scheduling Fees will be required for additional requested time.
Group Class for Flipping Homes
1 day Class 5 hours. The Basic and Intermediate procedures to Flipping Properties. Up to 10 people, in person classroom setting.
